Wicker Park Connection – Phase II

Project Description

The Wicker Park Connection Phase II project is a 15-story, 146 unit mixed use market-rate rental housing structure located along Division Street, just west of Ashland Avenue utilizing a structural steel frame with precast concrete planks.   The transit-oriented project is part of a larger four phased development and contains approximately 170,000 gross square feet, coupled with 10,000 square feet of retail and (50) underground parking spaces.  When all phases are complete, there will be an approximately 25,000 square foot pedestrian friendly plaza park with a water feature connecting Division Street and Milwaukee avenue.  The project is scheduled to be completed during the second quarter of 2018.
