Project Description
This project entailed a renovation of an existing 10-story office building located in the West Loop of Downtown Chicago within a few blocks of Union Station. The office building was converted into a 140-room hotel with all-new finishes and over 8,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. The project was completed in 1998.
