Project Description
The Hubbard and Wells Development consists of two buildings on adjoining sites. 221 W Hubbard is a new construction 23-story rental residential tower containing 195 units above 4 levels of parking and one level of retail on the ground floor. The 24,300sf site is unique due to the curve of the “L” tracks which is over a portion of the east site. A new public landscaped plaza with public art is being provided directly under the tracks. Rooftop decks, including a pool on the residential tower, provide for ample additional outdoor space for the tenants.
