Project Description

This project involved extensive alterations to more than 232,000 square feet of an existing 14-story hotel in Rosemont. Work included alterations to and replacement of all finishes, fixtures, and mechanical systems in 509 hotel guest rooms. Other work included replacement of all corridor, elevator lobby, and stairwell finishes, new wiring in all guest rooms and corridors, new building mechanical systems, new window wall system including slab edge covers, and exterior painting. The project was completed in 2009.
