City Hyde Park is a modern mixed-use development located at the heart of Hyde Park, one of Chicago’s most vibrant and well-known neighborhoods. The 14-story, 180-unit market-rate rental housing structure features an innovative and striking concrete panel design. Supported by underground parking with 350 spaces, the City Hyde Park’s first and second floors feature 120,000 square feet of retail and commercial space.
